Huawei After-sales Service

They probably make the best phones in the industry, and I'm very happy with our devices: Huawei Mate 10 Pro, Huawei P20 Lite, Huawei P10 Lite. However, to have a screen replaced takes 2x weeks! By contrast, Samsung takes 2 hours. Also, they make it impossible to call the store (they literally don't have a number - it's only a walk-in store). So you cannot get hold of them. Their call centre is utterly bureaucratic. They have scripted replies and can NEVER give you proper feedback on timelines. I'm sad to say, I won't buy another Huawei device for this reason.
