Huawei after sale concern

My phone has now been to huawei twice for screen replacement. the first time they replaced it but some weird object was in my front camera. The second time decided not to fix it themselves but send it to SSS Cellular...the biggest ****** on earth. I got it back and nothing was done really. They say on the job card they replaced the screen but it still had a small scratch on it so its definitely not a new screen. The USB Charging / Data port also still wasnt holding any cable. So, now I am stuck again with a 18K phone that is worthless to me. I am tired of servic e providers in South Africa. Such a inconvenience every time but they seem to not care. IMEI ***
