Huawei

Hi, In January 2022 my Huawei Y5lite that exploded in my Denim pocket, which left me with a big burn wound on my left thigh. I reported this to Huawei, they asked me to sent them the phone for assessment- wich I did and their feedback was that they couldn't detect what the problem was. I then got a phone call from one gentleman, who was not really interested in finding out about the severity of my the burn wound- instead He told me how cheap the phone was and they will replace it with R20,000 phone. I refused to take this phone because I felt that this brand is not safe for me and I can not continue to use a brand that is less interested in investigating the issue that their clients raising with them about the security and safety of their product.
