Huawei 'A SHAM OF a BUSINESS

I was in to get an upgrade for a new contract on the 13 Aug 2024, and was forced into a Huawei Pura 70, campaigning the free 'gift' phone, was promised in 7 days to receive such, just over a month and this a y62 plus Nova, was delivered, to my dismay, its four days now, and the phone still hasn't activated, went to telkom, who asked to take to Huawei service center, who in turn couldn't take the phone, and asked me to contact huawei customer care, and the run continues..
