Even one star is too much for Huawei!!! Absolutely worst company I have dealt with. Horrible customer service. Extremely *********!!! Bought a Matebook D14 in 2021 with extended 2 year warranty. Started experiencing overheating issues and sent in for evauluation and repairs. Got it back after nearly 2 months, they only did a software upgrade, and the problem persisted. Had them collect the laptop the next day. However after being with the courier service RAM over the weekend, Huawei claimed physical damage to the laptop and sent me photos of a clearly dropped device. Even the original packaging was dented. According to them, I did the damage and the overheating issues was a direct result of it. Yet the device was with them for overheating for nearly two months, and all paperwork indicates that there was no physical damage to the device. They refuse to look into the possibility that RAM couriers or even their own staff may have damaged the device. They insist I pay more than R11, 000 for repairs.
