Huawei 50 day screen insurance

I am not happy with Huawei I bought Huawei p40lite last month on the 18/092021 next thing my screen cracked on the 02 October 2021 within a 2 weeks on the 10 October 2021 I took my phone to Huawei services centre .They checked my phone then quote me R1596 for cracked screen.They advised me to send email to Huawei cares that's when they refused to cover my screen whereby it was under 50 day screen insurance that was part of the deal when I took contract with MTN. Huawei cares rejected my claims says I should've registered for 50 day insurance. On the Ad says it Free no Terms and conditions apply.They refused to fix my phone.Now I can't use a phone with cracked screen cause those small glasses are cutting my fingers. My first time experience with Huawei made me hate that phone. Their complaints department said they will get back to me within 30 days imagine.
