Huawei

Hi would like to report the fact that Huawei has the worst repair centre service. I've been on the line with them for the past 20 minutes with little to no help.I have been trying to find a quotation to have my screen repaired. I been told by the first helpline number ***) to call the Canal Walk store to request a quotation as they are able to provide the information, unfortunately they are not able to help because they don't have the information on hand, Which is actually ridiculous what is the purpose of having a repair centre if you are not able to provide the relevant details to your clients. I not impressed with Huawei's services at all.
