Huawei 100day screen repair

When buying a new Huawei phone they advertise thst you could get a free acrene repair within 100days.

I made 100% sure I activated the policy and i did so on time as well as this needs to be done within 14 days. I made so sure i did this and followed all the steps inwas supoosed to. I never took a screenshot after it was done because there was not reference no., hence the screenshot would be of no help.

Within 30 days my phine fell by accident leaving my acreen broken. Took it in for a quote to get tis screen repaird within 100 days as Huawei advertised. I got an email back saying i never activated it within 14 days. I did not have anything withh me at stage but I do remember doing it.

When I got home tonight to check again if ai maybe dod it wrong or missed something...... I did exactly the same steps, once again got a message saying: Thank you, its been activated and I will receive a mail. (Exactly the message I got the first time). Once again I went to check my mails and once again I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

I even checked my junk an spam mail bit nothing was received.Now Huawei is saying ai did not activate the policy but i did what I was supossed to. I phoned them to ask and they cant find my details on theit system saying i didnt activate it?

There muet be a mistake on Huawei side as I am not receiving my emails and that is exactly why you guys I saying I did not activate my policy.

I want this sorted and I want my screen repaired as I did what was required from me!
