Horrible service or phone

<p>My phone was bought in November working wonders then two weeks ago my phone started saying invalid Imei number on both Sim cards as it is a dual Sim. Then I called the tech help they said I should reboot the phone I reeboted it it read only one Sim card then Friday if dit it on two Sims again I called and got assisted by Esther mutombo she told me now I have to drive to Melrose arch to get it assessed to which the phone has warranty for a year now I need to be inconvenienced take a day of for this then she then said my phone is not a dual sim... All the Sim cards work wonders in other phones except mine... I will not recommend any one I know to buy Huawei hand sets.</p>
