Horrible service from Huawei

Highly unhappy with the service that i am receiving from Huawei, I purchased a cellphone a month ago from vodacom and was supposed to receive a huawei watch but till date I have received no response, I have emailed and whenever huawei calls me its with the same reply that they are waiting for the voucher. A very rude lady kept calling me and when I advised her that you keep updating me with the same feedback she says then we wont call you. Awful to treat your customers this way, I have learned my lesson not to buy from huawei again.
