Horrible service and *********** staff!

I gave in my Hauwei P20 lite on the 29th July for repairs. I have never in my life experienced such horrible service. Hauwei Mobile is the worst service provider. After giving in my phone for a screen repair at Hauwei Melrose Arch a month ago, confirming with the call centre several times that the phone is ready for collection just to arrive there on 18 July to be told the phone is not ready. I then return today and have to wait for it to be repaired. How in your life can you have a device for a full month to repair a screen. Who is going to reimburse my time. I am disgusted with Hauwei!
