horrible service

<p>I have a Huawei Nova</p> <p>My phones screen cracked so i been calling the service centre in melrose arch for the last month given my details to the lady who deals with the repairs and been promised that they will contact me when they get screens however every week passes and when i call back asking when they getting their stock i get told it was delivered however it’s out of stock again.</p> <p>How does it work when i ask them to please keep stock and let me know as soon as it gets in then i will drive through that very day they end up forgetting about my request never calling back .</p> <p>I was told by the east rand mall store that if my phone is not older than three months i get a free screen repair and due to the poor customer service from the HUAWEI SERVICE CENTER IN MELROSE taking over a month and still till today not getting back to me i will have to pay R1800 for a screen because of their disgusting customer service.</p> <p>I was truly happy with my phone as well as Huawei and now i regret ever buying this phone as i have not had any good service.</p> <p>Its disgusting and i know writing this that nothing will be done but i will ensure i let everyone know that i speak to that they should never bother with a HUAWEI phone again.</p>
