Horrible service

Huawei has the worst customer service ever. I bought a Huawei Pura 70 mid October and I was promised a gift. It's the 28th of November and I have been calling them to find out where my gift is and I've had no joy. No one can tell me where it is. They keep saying they'll call me back. I don't understand why I need to be called back just send the thing.
