Horrible service

I handed in a MediaPad T5 tablet on the 26th of March 2021 for a repair of cracked screen at Sandton Huawei Repair Centre . I have followed up this for more than 3 months and I get empty promises from the customer care centre. I have been sent from pillar to post by Kyallan, Lerato Myeni,Kedibone from the call centre. I would like to have my tablet back unrepaired and money back. It is a horrible service I ever received. No more Huawei products. Their web complaint system is not functional and it appears its on purpose.
