Horrible service

I purchased a brand new Huawei Nova 9 from an MTN store on the 15th of January. I was advised that I would receive a Takealot voucher for the amount of R600.00. I followed the necessary steps to claim my voucher, I still did not receive it. I phoned takealot and they advised me to contact Huawei directly if which I also did. The consultant from huawei advised me that it would take 7 working days. Those 7 working days have passed and I still have not received any voucher!
