Horrible Service

I decided to go all the way to Huawei in Melrose to attain a job quote for my insurance to have my phone screen repaired. I was presented the job quote with no VAT amount and IMEI number of which is needed by insurance to process the claim. I chatted; phoned and emailed them numerous times with no joy. All i received were **** promises from their team. Extremely disappointed with the mediocre service presented by such a large entity.
