Horrible customer service and still no watch

After paying R1000 for Huawei GT2e watch to be repaired it broke shortly afterwards due to replacement glass not being correctly installed.

This was checked in on the 8th of June and I'm still without my watch (nearly 2 months now). After more than 10 calls to Huawei Customer Support, I still don't know the status of my watch and/or if I'll ever get it back.

I used to be a big Huawei fan but after this ********** customer service, my opinion has changed. :(
