Horrible customer experience

Hi my name is Joe Mageza, I bought a new phone Hauwai P30 Pro on the 15th of April 2019, Hauwai promised me a Hauwai promo watch, since then I have never received it. I called Hauwai customer service several times and reported but they have never responded or help me with anything. I wouldn't recommend Hauwai to anyone.
