Hauwei Y5 lite

My granddaughter got the hauwei y5 lite for her birthday in May 2019. The phone started giving problems. The 2 June 2019. We took the phone back to Jet Stores East Rand Mall where we purchased the phone. We got the phone back after 21days. The phone then started giving problems again. The phone gave Chinese messages and then a red screen and then all different colours and then a black screen . We took the phone back to Jet East Rand Mall on the 11 Octobrr 2019. They said it will 21 days. I went to collect the phone today and Hauwei said the courier company dropped yhe phone off at another store but the could not tell me which Jet store. I stood waiting for an hour cause RAM Couriers were apparently on there way. I stood there till 5pm then they phoned Hauwei and the Lady with the name of Mahle on the cell no: ***. She was very rude when i said if this phone comes back and gives problems then i want a new phone and she said I cannot get a new phone. Now the are talking about the phone arriving next week. I am going to send the pictures i tookbof the phone the last time Kind Regards Charlotte Izatt
