HAUWEI SUCKS

I am so Disgusted by the service I Received from Huawei in Canal Walk Century City. I took my HUAWEI P40 PRO for repairs to the store on the 16 January 2021. The lady in the store completed the necessary forms and the device from me and booked the phone. She informed me it will take 2 days for the phone to be fixed which I agreed upon. As I walked out the shop 2 minutes later she informs me that the phone is ******. I asked them to view the footage and this took another hour as the store was waiting on Centre Management for a pin to view the footage. After Viewing the footage the store informs me that I need to make a ******** case. I went to the police station and the police told me the store needs to make the case as the phone was in their position. I informed Miranda the lady in charge at the Huawei store and it took her 2 days for her to make the case. I went into the store on the 18th January 2021 and spoke to the Area Manager Mario Bohardien and he was not of any help either. No one of the store is getting back to me and I must do all the running around and phoning around if I want to know anything. Friday the 22th January 2021 I phoned Mario again and he told me his going into a meeting with technology and he will get back to me.. not a surprise he didn't get back to me. I phoned him again same Friday afternoon and asked for feedback on the meeting. He assured me the phone will be replaced and that some one will get in contact with me by Monday. Monday passed and no one made contact. On Tuesday 26 I got hold of Mario again and he told me his going into a meeting again but he is the wrong person to speak to I need to speak to the store. When I asked him about our conversation that took place the Friday about my replacement phone he said they are still busy with the issue and its not resolved. For a Sales Manager of Huawei to not keep his word and to make promises that he cant keep just to get me off his back. Today is the 13th day and I still don't have a phone. I still don't have any answers. Huawei SUCKS. The value of the phone is plus minus R24 000 and this is a ripoff or that's how I feel because the phone was ****** out of their store not in my possession and no one can give me answers. No 1 can give me a contact number of someone higher in command to speak to. I hope HUAWEI SEE THIS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. YOU GUYS ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS
