Hauwei - shocking customer service

I bought a Hauwei watch in December 2020 from Sportsman Warehouse and on using the watch kept finding that the GPS function did not work properly and would record maybe 1 in 10 runs which is the reason I needed such a watch in the first place. I took the watch back to Sportsmans warehouse to which they said I would need to take it back to the Hauwei repair Center in Canal Walk. I did this on the 23rd of January 2021 and they said it would take a max of 21 days to resolve. If the watch could not be repaired then they would send me a new watch but if it could be repaired, such repairs would be done and the watch returned. In late February after numerous whats app's and calls to the service center, a watch arrived via courier. It was NOT my watch, even remotely...... It was a completely different watch with different straps etc. I then phoned and explained this to them to which they said that I should return the watch via courier, which they sent to collect the watch. They organised the courier to collect the next day and the watch was returned. I have been following up since to find out where my watch is and to date no answers, just that it is being repaired....... This is not acceptable as I have now been waiting 35 working days (Mon-Fri) and still have no feedback as to what happened to my watch. Surely if after 35 days you cannot fix the watch then you should send a new watch or a voucher to buy a new watch. Really disappointed in their service and would definitely not recommend that you buy one of these watches.
