Hauwei Repair Centre Melrose Arch - Terrible service

I booked in my phone for repairs in Melrose Arch, the phone came back without a sim tray. They didn't mention it to me, I only realised when I got home. I went to back to the repair centre, they told me that they were aware that the tray is missing but didn't bother to notify me. They told me that I will get the tray after 14 days. Imagine: I paid R1400 but I cannot use the phone. Their service is terrible.
