Hauwei refuses returns

Shocking to learn that hauwei can refuse a return of one of their item purely on the fact that you opened it. Not sure how you are supposed to check suitability of a purchased item with opening it and testing it. Just a heads up don't open a product purchased from Hauwei unless ur 100 % sure it will meet expectation otherwise you'll be told you can return it even within their 14day return rule. Im stuck with a hauwei gt 3 watch that does not meet my expectation purchased bare a week ago.
