Hauwei promotions are **** and their website information is unreliable . I went to repair the front and back covers of my phone under the promotion they had "summer campaign ", my phone was repaired properly, and I paid the price charged, but the promotion said if you go to any of the Hauwei shops per list provided, you can get a screen protector for free, my phone came back without a screen protector from Huawei Melrose Arch, when I enquired with the lady, she told me the promotion ended the previous day, being the 29th of November. I didn't argue as I wasn't sure of the dates per the website information, when I checked later, it said the promotion runs from 16 Nov to 14 Dec. Long story short, the call center couldn't help, sent me to some number on WhatsApp, where I kept following up and didn't get feedback, until the number was no longer in use for days. Huawei shouldn't advertise promotions of ythet can't stick to their word. I'm an unhappy client now, event though my phone was fixed, customer service is pathetic.
