hauwei product after sales suck

I have a Hauwei watch. I fell and cracked the glass. There used to be a store in somerset west, but they closed down. So the next closest store to me is Canal walk. Went there, got a quote to have it fixed. The quote was for R1500.00. I mean seriously just to replace the glass, for that price, if i added another R1000 to it i could get the new gt3.

Besides that, the staff were really short as if they didnt want to be there. dont like canal walk, and 2 that store sucks eggs. We were in and out of the mall like in 30min.
