Hauwei P8 Lite is not Virtual Reality ready

<p>Hi There, I have recently had a terrible experience with your products as a result of a sales person whom informed me before purchase that your Hauwei P8 lite phone was virtual reality ready. I purchased 4 x Huawei Phones at the Telkom store in Clearwater. I purchased the phones at around 10am. The sales lady opened the phones to do the activations, although I spesifically said to her it is not needed, as I am not going to use the phones for phones, but are going to use it solely as a virtual reality display.</p> <p> </p> <p>She continued to open the phones, and activate them. I returned back to my office, opened one of the phones and tried to upload Google Cardboard on the phone and immediately realised that the phone is not VR Ready as sold to me. I then immediately went back to the Telkom Branch in Clearwater to ask for a refund. The store manager refuses to provide me with a refund on your product. Stating that because the phones are opened (I did not even remove the stickers or opened any of the phones except one phone after leaving the store) that she cannot refund me on the phones because the phones (Were now opened, even opened by them and not me) now she cannot resell the phones.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel extremely let down by Telkom and your Hauwei P8 lite phone. I have no use for your phones since they are not VR Ready as sold to me. I feel cheated by the fact that these people said to me that your product will work for my purposes. Is there anyway that you can assist me with this matter, as it is your products, and inderectly your sales people (even if they work for Telkom) which let me down.</p>
