Hauwei P30 Pro False Promises

On the 22nd of April 2019 I went into a MTN Store where a Huawei Consultant were on duty. I took a new contract with Huawei for a Huawei P30 Pro. The contract comes with a watch, for which the Consultant completed a form, and promised that they will phone me to get the delivery address for the said phone. I have not heard from them since. I phoned the call centre numerous times and the said consultant, whereafter they promised to phone me for delivery details. I phoned them again after no response from them were received. Again they promised to sort this matter out and to date still nothing happend. This phone contract comes with a high monthly cost because of the so called free watch which they dont deliver and only have empty promises.

I would like everybody to know that my experience with Huawei has not been a pleasant one as the customer services and Hauwei themselves are not very helpfull and their word is not their honour.
