Hauwei P20 / Cell C

I upgraded my phone to a Hauwei P20 in January 2019. I experienced microphone problems with the phone and it was send in twice now for repairs and it comes back with the same problem. It is apparently their policy that the phone must be send in 3 times before they will consider changing it. I must go in to the Cell C store every time for them to send it away. They are really wasting my time.
