Hauwei Nada Y71...... Dutt

My son bought a brand new Hauwei Nova Y71. He paid his whole salary for the phone as he is just an intern. R4400!!!! The phone is outdated according to MRP Mobile. Vodacom has no technician to resolve issues as it is on their network. The phone does not take any apps it does not work!!! It can not be exchanged. Being a Hauwei customer for many years and having to deal with this is very unsatisfactory. It's a piece of ****. We can not do anything. Just imagine using all your money R4400 for something which should never have been in the market if the tech is the reason for it not working!!!
