Hauwei Melrose arch ********

I am so disappointed with the service that I received at Huawei Melrose arch on the 13 of July 2022 I took my phone for repairs it had water damage when I got there ,the consultant who was assisting me assured me that they will call me if the is information that I will loose but that did not happen.I paid 4700 for the repairs when I went to collect my phone on the 23 of July the same consultant was assisting me i found that the information is nolonger there they changed the motherboard and I was not informed so he pleaded that I take the phone and he will request for the old motherboard and restore my information as he was the one handling my phone being naive I took the phone with me.on the 1st on August i sent him a text to enquire about the motherboard and he rep**** by saying he is stills waiting for the response.on the 12 of September he decided to send me a text that the warehouse was ****** ,I then realised that the person was making me a fool he never took an initiative to search for the old motherboard i then decided to call the customer service same day I explained the situation and they escalated the matter to the store ,the consultant called me because he received an email from the customer service and promised to enquire about the motherboard on the 19th he sent me a WhatsApp message promising to give feedback before the end of the week but that did not happen.on the 30th when I tried to call the store to enquire my phone went straight to voicemail even when I try to call the customer service it said the number does not exists but when I tried using other phones I was able to reach them i call again using my colleague phone explained and requested that I am directed to the store manager because the consultant is not doing justice to this matter until today I have not heard anything from the store manager nor the consultant coming to think of it on my quotation there is nothing that talks about replacing motherboard hauwei Melrose arch has a lot to explain please assist what can I do to get answers
