Hauwei Melrose Arch

The experience at Hauwei Melrose Arch is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a service centre. Last week I brought in my phone for repairs while the lady who assisted me was lovely I waited 2 hours to be attended to. There was one or two people working while there was an extremely long queue of customers. I am back today to fetch, just fetch my phone and I am again waiting in an extremely long queue with only two people working
