Hauwei is absolutely a poor company to deal with!!

Good morning I am a person that does not normally complain about a service no mattee how poor it was but i just had enough.. I sent my phone into hauwei on the 10.11.2020 for repairs as we made it clear that the phone reboots when volume is turned up, staff was really nice and booked the phone in. To our suprise we got an email on the 11.11.2020 with a quotation of R1900 to fix the main board on the phone. We paid that as we have thought thia might fix the problem. We where then told to come collect the phone on the 11.11.2020, i asked why i needed to pay that amount of phone still in warranty. I was told phone had water damage, which was really concerning as phone was never near water... I left it to that brought the phone home just to find out that the phone is still not fixed... We have been in and out sending phone back and they telling us that the phone is fixed.. Nearly 4weeks ago we have now not heard anything back from hauwei and my phone is still with them... We were told we might get a new phone as if the tech cant get it fixed.. This is absolutely poor service from a company i highly recommended.... I would like to have some sort of compensation for petrol waste for the fact thar we had to pay for something that was not the initial problem...
