Hauwei icare insurance

So I took this hauwei icare insurance because I trusted them. So my phone got lost in June and I reported it immediately bt even today I've never heard anything from them, no communication NOTHING, they communicate when you raised a complain, I phoned them several times, since it was me I never received a bad service like this an guess what I called this morning and they guy named ASHWIN decided to hang up the phone while I was talking to him,they are ***********. I regrets the day I took their insurance. Like should I wait for 2 months as if I'm buying a house like seriously..??
