Hauwei false advertising

So I do a per-register of a phone so that I might be a lucky one to get a free watch. Now cause I choose **** Telkom they take ages to deliver these "pre-orders" I get a Whatsapp from heuwei tellog me I must register for my free watch on the 3rd or 4th. And you can only do it from your phone. So I tell them but I don't have my phone yet, then they tell me I am to late then. Now I see people that did not pre-order and went to buy the watch in store has registered for the free watches. So that was false advertising, saying if you pre-order you might get one, so how come you give it to people that did not pre-order?

Either way, I am cancelling, will be sticking to Samsung, Huawei are a bunch of *****, well, that we know cause they were busted lying about a lot of there products
