My phone got damaged a week after i bought my phone. They firstly push you to submit your claim before 30 days, but they don't have the same sense of urgency with completing peoples claims??

Why does it have to take over a month to either accept or reject a claim? It's the screen, not the device. Huawei at Menlyn helped so quickly with the quotation.

Huawei Care...NOT CARE is more like it. The auto bot is also annoying as you get an automatic response when enquiring about the status of your claim. I regret buying a Huawei phone... your service sucks.
