Hauwei care insurance

Huawei care doesn't care at all its been 3 months since we submitted the claim forms and no one has came back to us, instead we call and hold for hours and still no one is ever available to help we always get sent from piller to post... I've requested they refund my premiums and I got a "unfortunately" response but still no help.
