Hauwei Canal Walk the worst service ever. They lose your phone!

I don't even know where to start. Haiwei Canal Walk gas my phone for nearly 2 years. Theu cannot bypass the code to repair, they don't get back to me with what's happening with my phone. Between my husband and I we gave been to the store 9 times with no success..they cevwntually couldn't find my phone. I emailed the manager 19months afo and im still waiting on a response. No call, and, or email from Haiwei Canal Walk. Theres also always different staff. I've been there again two weeks ago for the 9tg time and I was told that the manager will be in after 12 and co tact me about my phone but nobody contacted me once again. I then had to phone for the millionth time to find out what's is happening with my phone. I was told again that someone will call me back once they look up my job number. I waited two days and still no call back. I them phoned the store a for the millionth time and the co sultan asked for my imei numbers which I gave to him. He then said he will call me back...it's been two weeks and still no call. Do they have my phone????? There are things on there that I cannot lose. Is my phone fixed???nobody knows. That store needs to shut down. They are pathetic. DONT EVWR BUY HAUWEI?? If anything g foes wrong you can forget about getting service at all, never mind good service. You get NOTHINF..NOT EVEN YOUR PHONE BACK. I want the info on my phone back and I want them to pay bac****!!!!!!it was a business phone!!!!!!!!!!!
