Hauwei Canal walk Cape Town poor service

Your canal walk Cape Town staff is the most disrespectful *********** people ever how does such a huge company employ people with no class. Yesterday at 8:45 my mother & brother entered the store someone sales rep was busy cleaning the floor as we walked in my brothers apologize for walking on the floor however the lady just asked what he wanted he obviously wanted a phone she continued to ask what his price range was to which he responded 3 - 5k and she responded with the most insulting tone saying we only have 3 phones in your price range the others are all 20k and you can not afford it. My mother was recently hijacked with her cellphone and this was a gift to her and all because he was dressed in overalls this stupid lady thought it was okay to insult him. I will never support a company that does not respect all there customers especially when it is mainly middle class people who support these sick brands I am applaud if I could I would give you no stars
