GT watches not received after Purchase at Telkom Clearwater

I purchased 2x Huawei Mate Pros from Clearwater Telkom in February on sale agreement that Huawei will be in contact with me to issue my GT watches, I have logged numerous complaints and enquiries through customer care lines, Facebook and to no avail, Telkom also are very quick to sell you the devices which come with Watches but then you query with rgwn and they tell you sorry you need to contact Huawei
