Great Service offered by Jaco Snel

I've been having a fight with Foschini/HVRC regarding servicing of my Huawei phone. Sent in for a second time and having replaced it for a second time. Still no feedback from there customer services department a month later since I complained through Hello Peter & emailed them. <br> <br> However I took my issue to Huawei SA themselves, and the level of service I received was great! My belief in customer service is restored. Thanks to Jaco Snel!
