I would just like to thank the Huawei team from Canal walk. Being an out of towner and having your phone not decide to work is rather frustrating especially if it's your only source of communication on the open road. The team was friendly and very helpful, explaining what the process would be and the minimum time frame I would be required to wait to get feedback. Within two weeks my phone was repaired (at no cost) and the team assisted me in getting most of my stored information. Andre Firtuin assisted me when I arrived and when I explained my situation, I arranged a "courtesy" phone for me and I was able to communicate and navigate as normal. I'd recommend your branch to anyone that asks.
