GOT **** TO OVER AND OVER

Dropped my phone off 17th August at Huawei Service Centre Melrose Arch was told that screen repairs would take 2 weeks. To day is the 18th September I have been calling 2 weeks and the response is always different from each consultant apparently my phone is in service center in Midrand that is all that I have been able to find out I bet you that the director or anybody working there would not have gone an extra 2 weeks without a phone what is even worse is that a loan unit has not even been offered after THE LACK OF SERVICE so I am actually going to get my device back or is it stuck in limbo somewhere or is it even at the repairs center who knows nobody can answer me
