I am writting this review as a frustrated and rather fuming customer of Hiswei.Saturday the 24th June 2023 I visited the store to have my screen for Huawei P30 lite replaced since they were running a promotion.The screen as per their promo was R299 but somehow when they were doing a payment I was over charged an amount of R1184 which is way too much.I was th en asked to provide bank statement and copy of my id Eventhough the error was not done by me but the store.I was then told the refund will be done within 3 to 4 working days.Today is the 30th June 2023 I still didn’t receive my refund.I then took it upon me to follow up since there was no communication from the store level,I got hold of a lady by the name of Dineo who promised her manager will get back to me 12noon was the time I made a call.Now is 14:25pm and there is still no call and when I call back the store the same Dineo is telling me that the manager is on leave
