<p>Good Customer Service</p> <p>On the 12 May 2017, I when to Vodacom Shop( Shop U40 ) in Lakeside Mall in Benoni, for the repair of my HUAWEI phone. A White Gentleman, gave me an outstanding service and said that, the phone will be repaired with seven - fourteen days.</p> <p>On the same day, I started getting smses, informing me about the progress of my phone, which I really appreciate. To my surprise, today( 16 May 2017 ) I got an sms, saying my phone is ready for collection. To add a cherry on top, a wonderful young White Lady, said that they are giving me a new phone( HUAWEI ).</p> <p> </p> <p>Every staff at Vodashop Lakeside, treat everyone with dignity and they always have smile, when they service you.</p> <p> </p> <p>To HUAWEI and Vodacom, thank you and always be number one.</p>
