Gatvol Customer!!!

I was advised by Huawei South Africa to take the faulty Handset to Vodacom Vincent Park East London South Africa and they will collect it from them. Now they are renegading on the deal refusing to collect the Headset. Calling *** is futile as is goes unanswered from Huawei South Africa Offices. Hi Mr Brown,

It seems that Huawei are not going to collect this device form us. I have been sending back and forth emails to them, they are trying to resolve this issue via email.
