Freelaces not recieved
I purchased a Huawei P30 pro in May 2019. Part of the campaign was that I receive a free pair of Freelaces after submitting my receipt. It is four months later and I have received no feedback from Huawei. All I received was confirmation of my claim on the 31st May 2019. To date there has been no response.

Is this Huaweis way of actually resolving an issue on HelloPeter? You guys don't even bother via Hellopeter. Pathetic service from your company truly
