Free Screen ****

I contacted Huawei Authorized Service Centre DRC Randburg to enquire about the 1 free screen within first year and was told that Huawei no longer supports this and that it would cost R1455 to replace the screen. How can Huawei just decide that this is no longer applicable when the promise was made upon purchase of the phone? Irrespective of which company you bought a P40 from, the free screen was applicable across all networks, it is ridiculous that now they can just change their minds. it just so happens that the screen broke 1 week short of 1 year old.
