********** Business Practices by Huawei Melrose Arch

I took my phone on the 27th of February to Huawei Repair Centre in Melrose Arch. I was quoted an initial amout of R4946 to repair my water damaged screen of which i duly paid . However when i wanted to go fetch my phone they demanded that i pay another R1000 for missing " *****s" . I then decided that it was too much money to pay and i requested a refund on the 28th of Feb. I was told to wait for 7 working days for my refund , after 7 working wayds when i follow up they are now telling me to wait for another 7 days . Why should i be made to wait 14 days for my refund when they duly happy to receive my money but when i need it i'm told all sorts of stories to avoid paying my money back.
