Fong Kong service from China mall special

<p>Took a Huawei P8lite on contract from Vodacom. Went back within 7 days as the qwerty keyboard spells "qwerty" phone freezing and screen blacks out. Vodacom Westgate didn't have stock, was told I'll be replaced when stock comes in. The manager comes back to tell me that Huawei refuses to replace the handset but rather I need to send it in for assessment. Typical of Fong Kong service. They don't understand the 7Day OBF concept. Stay away from Fong Kong phones. Huawei collect your substandard handset and do as you please I'm going to buy a "Name Brand" . (We should be able to use half or negative star ratings)</p>
