Feeling like a customer again

<p>I have made three trips to Huawei in Canal Walk and made contact with their call centre twice. I can honestly say that this company has a customer centric approach. This is rather refreshing in an industry where customers are mostly given numbers and asked to hold.<br /><br />Long may it last!</p> <p> </p> <p>The P9 is without doubt the most pleasing mobile phone I have owned.</p> <p>Hopefully this trend continues while the company grows.</p>
